Return & Refund Policy

Used items cannot be returned and refunded.

You can return new, unworn or unused products within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to you. You have to write us about your return, you can do this by email (please, write your purchase number in a subject and reasons of return in your message).

In case of quality issues, the wrong size and/or color, handling delay, and other company mistakes, you must send us photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item, and we will solve the problem as soon as possible.

All returned boots will be charged the 10% repacking and restocking fees.

The refund doesn't include shipping costs.

If return authorizes, we will issue the refund within 14 days after we receive your returned item.
